Ciudad de México, 20 de enero de 2017.

Se hace de su conocimiento que fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) el día 20 de enero de 2017 el DECRETO por el que se establece el arancel-cupo a la importación de las mercancías que se indican en el cual, se establece el arancel-cupo exento aplicable a la importación de papa, tomate (jitomate), cebolla, chile fresco, manzana, y chile seco de la Tarifa de la Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importación y de Exportación publicada en el DOF el 18 de junio de 2007 y sus modificaciones posteriores, siempre que el importador cumpla con los requisitos que determine la Secretaría de Economía para tal efecto y cuente con un certificado de cupo expedido por la misma.

El presente Decreto entró en vigor el 21 de enero de 2017.

Es importante tener en consideración la presente publicación, a fin de solicitar el certificado cupo correspondiente y con ello aplicar oportunamente el beneficio del arancel-cupo exento en las importaciones de las mercancías citadas.

It is made of your knowledge that in the Official Journal of the Federation on January 20th, 2017 the DECREE by which the duty-exempted quota on the import of the goods that are indicated, in which the duty-exempted quota is established applicable on the import of potato, tomato, onion, fresh chili, apple, and dried chili of the Tariff of the General Import and Export Taxes Law published in the DOF on June 18th, 2007 and its subsequent modifications, as long as the importer fulfills all the requirements that the Secretariat of Economy determines for such effect and has a quota certificate issued by the Secretariat.

This Decree will enter into force on January 21st, 2017.

It is important to take into consideration this publication in order to request the corresponding quota certificate and with it, promptly apply the benefit of the duty-exempted quota on the imports of the mentioned goods.
