081 – Expropiación de superficie para la nueva aduana de Veracruz / Expropriation of Surface for the new customs of Veracruz
Ciudad de México, 05 junio de 2017.
Se hace de su conocimiento la publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación de fecha 05 de junio de 2017 respecto del DECRETO por el que expropia la superficie de 14,941.94 m², ubicada en el Municipio de Veracruz, Estado de Veracruz, para destinarse a la construcción de la nueva aduana, como parte de las obras e instalaciones necesarias para la ampliación del Puerto de Veracruz.
Sobre el particular se indica, que el plano del área y el expediente formado con motivo de la presente expropiación, están a disposición de quienes justifiquen ser interesados, en la Unidad de Asuntos Jurídicos de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes ubicada en Avenida Universidad esquina Xola, sin número, Cuerpo C, Planta Baja, Colonia Narvarte, Delegación Benito Juárez, C.P. 03020, en la Ciudad de México.
Asimismo se informa, que la expropiación de los terrenos incluye las construcciones e instalaciones que se encuentren en los propios terrenos y que formen parte de ellos. La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes cubrirá el monto de la indemnización que en los términos de ley debe pagarse a quienes acrediten su legítimo derecho, con cargo a su presupuesto y conforme al avalúo determinado por el Instituto de Administración y Avalúos de Bienes Nacionales.

The publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on June 5th, 2017 in regards to the DECREE by which the surface of 14,941.94 m², located in the Municipality of Veracruz, State of Veracruz, is expropriated to the construction of the new customs as part of the works and installations necessary to expand the Veracruz Port, is made of your knowledge.
On the particular, it is indicated that, the layout of the area and the file formed for this expropriation, are available for those that justify being interested, in the Unit of Legal Affairs of the Secretariat of Communications and Transport located in Avenida Universidad, corner with Xola, no number, Cuerpo C, Ground Floor, Colonia Narvarte, Delegación Benito Juárez, C.P. 03020, in the City of Mexico.
It is also informed that the expropriation of the grounds includes the constructions and installations that are in the grounds themselves and that are part of them. The Secretariat of Communications and Transport will cover the compensation quantity that in the terms of the law must be paid for those that prove their legitimate right, at the expense of their budget and in accordance to the appraisal by the Administration and Appraisals of National Goods Institute.
