171 – Instructivo para el llenado del Pedimento / Instructions for filling out the Request Form

Por medio del presente se hace de su conocimiento la siguiente información:
El día 18 de DICIEMBRE de 2017 se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) por parte de la SECRETARÍA DE HACIENDA Y CRÉDITO PÚBLICO, lo siguiente:
REGLAS GENERALES DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR (RGCE) PARA 2018.
ANEXOS 1-A, 10 Y 21 DE LAS REGLAS GENERALES DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR PARA 2018.
Transitorio de las RGCE para 2018
Primero. La presente Resolución entrará en vigor el 1o. de enero de 2018 y estará vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018, con excepción de lo siguiente:
- Los Anexos de la Resolución que establece las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior para 2017, publicada en el DOF el 27 de enero de 2017, estarán en vigor hasta en tanto sean publicados los correspondientes a las RGCE para 2018.
- Lo dispuesto en la regla 3.2.10., estará vigente hasta el 2 de julio de 2018.
III. Lo dispuesto en el primer párrafo de la regla 7.3.12., será aplicable hasta el 31 de julio de 2018.
- La clave “PO”, del Apéndice 8 “Identificadores”, del Anexo 22 “Instructivo para el llenado del Pedimento”, entrará en vigor el 30 enero de 2018.
Segundo. A partir de la entrada en vigor de la presente Resolución, se abroga la Resolución que establece las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior para 2017, publicada en el DOF el 27 de enero de 2017.
Sin otro asunto en particular quedamos a sus órdenes para cualquier duda o aclaración respecto de la presente información.

By means of the present the following information is made known:
On December 18, 2017, the following was published in the Official Federal Gazette (OFG) by the SECRETARIAT OF FINANCE AND PUBLIC CREDIT:
GENERAL RULES OF FOREIGN TRADE (GRFT) FOR 2018.
ANNEXES 1-A, 10 AND 21 OF THE GENERAL RULES OF FOREIGN TRADE FOR 2018.
Transitory of the GRFT for 2018
First. This Resolution will enter into force on January 1, 2018 and will be valid until December 31, 2018, with the exception of the following:
- The Annexes of the Resolution that establishes the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2017, published in the OFG on January 27, 2017, will be in force until the corresponding ones are published for the GRFT for 2018.
- The provisions of rule 3.2.10., will be valid until July 2, 2018.
III. The provisions of the first paragraph of rule 7.3.12., will be applicable until July 31, 2018.
- The key “PO”, of Appendix 8 “Identifiers”, of Annex 22 “Instructions for the filling of the Request Form”, will come into force on January 30, 2018.
Second. As of the entry into force of this Resolution, the Resolution that establishes the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2017, published in the OFG on January 27, 2017, is repealed.
