Por medio del presente se hace de su conocimiento la siguiente información:
El día 16 de JULIO de 2018 se dio a conocer en el Diario Oficial de la Federación por parte de la SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA lo siguiente:
RESOLUCIÓN POR LA QUE SE DECLARA EL INICIO DEL EXAMEN DE VIGENCIA DE LA CUOTA COMPENSATORIA IMPUESTA A LAS IMPORTACIONES DE CADENA DE ACERO DE ESLABONES SOLDADOS ORIGINARIAS DE LA REPÚBLICA POPULAR CHINA, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DEL PAÍS DE PROCEDENCIA.
RESOLUCIÓN
- Se declara el inicio del examen de vigencia de la cuota compensatoria definitiva impuesta a las importaciones de cadena de acero de eslabones soldados originarias de China, independientemente del país de procedencia, que ingresan a través de la fracción arancelaria 7315.82.02 de la TIGIE, o por cualquier otra.
- Se fija como periodo de examen el comprendido del 1 de abril de 2017 al 31 de marzo de 2018 y como periodo de análisis el comprendido del 1 de abril de 2013 al 31 de marzo de 2018.
- Conforme a lo establecido en los artículos 11.3 del Acuerdo Antidumping; 70 fracción II y 89 F de la LCE, y 94 del RLCE, la cuota compensatoria definitiva a que se refiere el punto 3 de la presente Resolución, continuará vigente mientras se tramita el presente procedimiento de examen de vigencia. - La presente Resolución entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el DOF.

On July 16, 2018, the following was announced in the Official Federal Gazette by the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMY:
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INITIATION OF THE VALIDITY EXAMINATION OF THE COUNTERVAILING DUTY IMPOSED ON STEEL CHAIN IMPORTS OF WELDED LINKS ORIGINATING IN THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, REGARDLESS OF THE COUNTRY OF PROVENANCE.
RESOLUTION
- The initiation of the examination of the validity of the definitive countervailing duty imposed on the imports of steel chain of welded links originating in China, regardless of the country of provenance, entering through tariff item 7315.82.02 of the GIETT, or any other, is hereby declared.
- The exam period is set from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 and as the analysis period from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2018.
- In accordance with the provisions of Articles 11.3 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement; 70 section II and 89 F of the FTA, and 94 of the FTAR, the definitive countervailing duty referred to in point 3 of this Resolution shall continue in force while this present examination procedure is being processed. […]
- This Resolution will enter into force on the day following its publication in the OFG.
