Ajuste de los precios estimados del Sector Textil y Confección
El 17 de junio de 2024 fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación la “Resolución que modifica el Anexo 4 de la diversa que establece el mecanismo para garantizar el pago de contribuciones en mercancías sujetas a precios estimados por la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público” relacionados con el Sector Textil y Confección.
En este instrumento normativo destacan los puntos que se indican a continuación:
Algunas de las fracciones arancelarias en donde disminuyó el valor del precio estimado son:

La reforma tendrá vigencia en los 10 días hábiles siguientes al de su publicación.
