TLC Asociados hace de su conocimiento que fue publicado por parte del Servicio de Administración Tributaria el Boletín P055 de fecha 16 de Agosto del presente,  relacionado con las empresas que cuenten con el registro de empresas certificadas, otorgado en términos de la regla 3.8.1., apartados A, B, D, F y L (derogada) de las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior para 2016; así como las personas que cuenten con el registro de socio comercial certificado en términos de la regla 3.8.14. (derogada) de las Reglas antes citadas, se informa lo siguiente:

Respecto del presente se indica que para efectos de los avisos relacionados con las reglas 3.8.2 y 3.8.4 seguirán utilizando los mismos formatos hasta en tanto concluya la vigencia otorgada a las empresas certificadas o socios comerciales certificados en términos de las reglas 3.8.1. y 3.8.14 de las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior y como facilidad administrativa podrán cumplir con la presentación de los citados avisos mediante el formato debidamente requisitado denominado “Avisos a que se refiere la regla 7.2.1., relacionados con el Registro en el Esquema de Certificación de Empresas”, teniendo por cumplida esa obligación.

(repealed) of the Rules previously mentioned; the following is informed:

In regards to this, it is indicated that for the effect of the notices related to the rules 3.8.2. and 3.8.4., the formats will still be the same until the validity granted to the certified companies or certified trade partners in terms of the rules 3.8.1. and 3.8.14. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2016 concludes and as an administrative advantage they could comply with the presentation of the mentioned notices through the format duly completed called “Notices referred in the rule 7.2.1., related to the Registration in the Companies´ Certification Scheme”, considering this obligation.
