Modificaciones en las Regulaciones del Acuerdo de SADER
Recordemos que el pasado 22 de marzo de 2024 fue publicado por medios oficiales el “Acuerdo que modifica al diverso por el que se dan a conocer los Números de Identificación Comercial (NICO) y sus tablas de correlación” en donde principalmente se incorporan 6 números de identificación comercial para las fracciones arancelarias que se indican:

En este sentido, el 27 de marzo de 2024 se dio a conocer el “Acuerdo que modifica al diverso que establece las mercancías cuya importación está sujeta a regulación por parte de la Secretaría de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, así como la emisión del certificado de origen para la exportación de café” en donde destacan los aspectos que se indican:
Se reforma el Anexo I, inciso e), del Acuerdo el cual sujeta a inspección en donde se incorporan los NICOS que se indican:

Se reforma el Anexo I, inciso g), del Acuerdo el cual sujeta a la presentación de un Certificado de Origen expedido por la AMECAFÉ en donde se incorporan los NICOS que se indican:

La modificación tiene vigencia el día de su publicación.

In this regard, on March 27, 2024, the “Agreement that modifies the one that establishes the merchandise whose importation is subject to regulation by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as well as the issuance of the certificate of origin for the exportation of coffee” was published, in which the following aspects stand out:

The amendment is effective as of the date of its publication.
