Reanudación de la Convocatoria para obtener patente de Agente Aduanal
El 20 de noviembre de 2023, el Diario Oficial de la Federación publicó un relevante ACUERDO de reanudación de la Convocatoria para obtener la patente de Agente Aduanal, que inicialmente fue publicada el 22 de junio de 2023.
Aquí te compartimos los Principales puntos del Acuerdo:
- Se reanuda la FASE B, que abarca el registro e inscripción de los aspirantes, con modificaciones para facilitar el proceso.
- Se elimina el límite diario de solicitudes y se amplía el horario a 24 horas para facilitar la participación de todos los interesados.
- Se otorga validez a los registros de quienes presentaron su solicitud en tiempo y forma, así como a aquellos a quienes se les cancelaron por no cumplir con el horario establecido.
- Se concede a los interesados, incluyendo aquellos a quienes se cancelaron solicitudes, 2 días hábiles adicionales para registrarse e inscribirse durante 48 horas de forma ininterrumpida.
- Se incorporan medidas de seguridad en el nuevo aplicativo, como un captcha para prevenir el uso de robots, la utilización de la e.firma autorizada por el Servicio de Administración Tributaria, y pruebas de estrés para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo del sistema.
- Se crea una guía para facilitar el proceso de registro e inscripción de los aspirantes.
Inicio del Registro:
El registro e inscripción de las personas aspirantes comenzará al primer minuto del día 22 de noviembre de 2023 y concluirá a las 23:59 horas del día 23 de noviembre del año en curso. Este proceso de inscripción durará inexcusablemente 2 (dos) días hábiles (22 y 23 de noviembre de 2023), sin prórroga alguna.
Requisitos para el Registro:
Las personas aspirantes deberán presentar su solicitud durante los plazos establecidos en la presente CONVOCATORIA, en la liga (URL) https://intra.anam.gob.mx/convocatoria_aa, en la que manifiesten:
- Nombre completo.
- RFC y CURP.
- Currículum vitae con fotografía.
- Elegir 3 aduanas de adscripción en donde desea operar, para que la autoridad aduanera designe con base a las necesidades del servicio a qué aduana lo adscribe.
- Domicilio para oír y recibir notificaciones.
- Correo electrónico y correo electrónico alterno para recibir notificaciones.
- Teléfono fijo o móvil y teléfono alterno fijo o móvil.
Antecedentes:
- La Convocatoria original fue publicada el 22 de junio de 2023.
- La FASE B fue suspendida temporalmente el 3 de julio de 2023 debido a irregularidades en el sistema de registro.
- Las investigaciones en curso no afectan el desarrollo y continuidad de la Convocatoria.
- La Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de México reafirma su compromiso con los principios de legalidad, transparencia, objetividad, imparcialidad y eficiencia en el servicio público.
Este ACUERDO surte efectos desde su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.

On November 20, 2023, the Official Gazette of the Federation published a relevant AGREEMENT for the resumption of the Call to obtain the Customs Broker patent, which was initially published on June 22, 2023.
Here are the main points of the Agreement:
- PHASE B, which covers the registration and enrollment of applicants, is resumed with modifications to facilitate the process.
- The daily limit of applications is eliminated and the schedule is extended to 24 hours to facilitate the participation of all interested parties.
- Validity is granted to the registrations of those who submitted their applications in due time and form, as well as to those whose applications were canceled for not complying with the established schedule.
- Interested parties, including those whose applications were canceled, are granted 2 additional working days to register and register for 48 hours without interruption.
- Security measures are incorporated in the new application, such as a captcha to prevent the use of robots, the use of the e.signature authorized by the Tax Administration Service, and stress tests to guarantee the optimal performance of the system.
- A guide is created to facilitate the registration and enrollment process for applicants.
Start of Registration:
The registration and inscription of the applicants will begin at the first minute of November 22, 2023 and will conclude at 23:59 hours of November 23 of the current year. This registration process will inexcusably last 2 (two) working days (November 22 and 23, 2023), without any extension whatsoever.
Requirements for Registration:
Applicants must submit their application during the deadlines established in this CALL, at the link (URL) https://intra.anam.gob.mx/convocatoria_aa, in which they must state the following:
- Full name.
- RFC and CURP.
- Curriculum vitae with photograph.
- Choose 3 customs offices where you wish to operate, so that the customs authority designates, based on the needs of the service, to which customs office you will be assigned.
- Address to hear and receive notifications.
- E-mail and alternate e-mail to receive notifications.
- Fixed or mobile telephone and alternate fixed or mobile telephone.
Background:
- The original Convocatoria was published on June 22, 2023.
- PHASE B was temporarily suspended on July 3, 2023 due to irregularities in the registration system.
- The ongoing investigations do not affect the development and continuity of the Convocation.
- The National Customs Agency of Mexico reaffirms its commitment to the principles of legality, transparency, objectivity, impartiality and efficiency in public service.
This AGREEMENT takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
